Important Information
Booking and Cancellations:
50% deposit paid at time of booking, with remaining balance paid 4 weeks prior to holiday date. On receipt of final payment keys will be sent to your address by recorded post. Any cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Arrival and Departure:
Seaspray Cottage will be available from 2pm on the date of arrival. Please vacate the property by 12 noon on your day of departure, due to the self clean policy.
Bedding/Bathroom:
All duvets are provided but guests should bring their own bed linen (sheets/duvet covers/pillow cases etc) and towels.
Self Clean Policy:
To keep rental costs down we operate a self clean policy at the end of each rental by the client. Cleaning equipment is kept at the cottage for this purpose.
Seaspray is a non smoking cottage and pets are allowed with prior arrangement.
